Where are my clients' documents stored?
In your own Google Drive, inside a "Firmora" folder with one sub-folder per client. Firmora only has access to the folder it creates, not the rest of your Drive.
Can my staff use it?
Each firm has one login that works on up to two devices at a time. You can add your team in Firmora to assign makers and checkers on engagements.
Do my clients need to install anything or create an account?
No. Clients get a private link on WhatsApp, open it on their phone and upload. No app, no password.
Can I bring my existing client list?
Yes. Import from Excel or CSV. Firmora detects the columns and creates compliance due dates for each client.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, Firmora works in any modern browser on a laptop, tablet or phone.
Does Firmora file returns on the GST or Income Tax portal?

What if the government extends a due date?
On the Compliance page, use "Extend due date" on any return. Every pending client moves to the new date at once, and the original statutory date stays visible.
Is my data used for anything else?
